Our team of technicians is primarily represented by people with decades of technical experience and great communication skills. We pro-actively listen and interact, both internally and with the customer, to create a positive working environment and implement extraordinarily accurate projects.
The person is at the heart of the project : human capital is the real starting point for the work development.
The customer’s needs and their satisfaction are of paramount importance: for decades Giurgola Stampi has maintained a natural predisposition for relations, dealing with all aspects together with the customer, from the study of the piece to the start-up in production of the mould at the customer’s plant.

Our professionals, together with the customer, put into practice the insights discussed during the start-up phases of the project. Starting from new ideas or solutions already implemented, we can design the mould together: this activity allows us to actively participate in the generation of a concept or a product, and to channel the different visions for a common goal.
During the mould design, we take care of the aspects that will allow the customer to maintain a high degree of efficiency of the equipment. Designing in a simple and accurate way allows a quick and safe maintenance of the mould, this is a focus that is a relevant factor within our technical department.
